DISQUALIFICATIONS:
I. I will give no award to any site pertaining to witchcraft, Satanism
or any cult.
2. I will give no award to any site containing violence of any nature,
or positive reference to any type of abuse.
3. I will give no award to any site displaying discrimination against any
race, color, creed or sex.
4. I will give no award to any site that is all flash and frills and no content.
(Use of minds impresses me above use of high end graphics.)
5. I will give no award to any site with awards programs that insist you
sign the guestbook to receive an award.
6. I will give no award to any site with less than 5 pages of original content.
Contents must be of a nature other than a bunch of listed links.
7. I will give no award to any site who's awards are only given with an award
in return.
8. I will give no award to any site who's pages lock up my computer.
9. I will give no award to any site that shows no respect for the creators
of the graphics used therein. (All credits must be displayed if known.)
10. I will give no award to any site other than Personal sites.
11. I will give no award to any site owned or maintained by anyone under
14 years of age. Read (C.O.P.P.A).
12. I will give no award to any site showing pornographic material
or its promotion therein.
13. I will give no award to any site showing illegal bandwidth in any
way shape or form.
14. I will give no award to any site displaying deliberate pop ups.
(Meaning your pay per ads added) Server pop up's are understandable and tolerated.
15. I will give no award to any non English site that does not
offer a translation program.
16. I will give no award to any site displaying an excess of broken links
or images.
17. I will give no award to any site that makes me play mind games or give
passwords just to view your site.
18. I will give no award to any site under construction and tells me to come
back later, you come back to me later.
Qualifications:
1. Easy navigation.
2. Useful and informative contents. Entertaining or enlightening. Creativity
and originality a plus.
3. Volume controls helpful, but not necessary.
4. Your site should have a privacy statement.
5. You must be the owner, creator and writer of your site.
6. Your site should be family friendly.
